Don’t buy a cheap single piece overseas , the first half kilo is ALWAYS most expensive, after half kilo it becomes much cheaper, so either increase your order to make the shipping costs more economically reasonable or order in your country. Complains about shipping prices we do not accept because we are not them, please refer to EMS, TNT, DHL or others.
We offer real Worldwide shipping cost.
All parcels require a signature. This is the only way to make sure customers receive their orders and also to protect us against claims of non delivery.
Customers are reminded to be aware of their local laws and regulations. This is your responsibility as we are unable to keep up with the developments of each country.
Refunds (due to customs issues) will only be honored (less shipping charges and restocking fee) if products are returned in complete and resalable conditions.
We haven’t experienced a single difficulty in the delivery of our shipments to more than 35 countries so far.

International Shipping
Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order.
If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Expected Shipping Times
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible.
NOTE: Shipping times are contingent upon product availability and carrier turnaround time. The carrier selected (UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, by Air, by Part contaniner (LCL) etc.) must approve your application. In some cases, however, the carrier may delay approval due to circumstances beyond our control. If the carrier requires additional information from you, we will need to reach you immediately. So please make sure your order contains an email address that you check regularly.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A shipping tracking # will be included, if available. In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available. We cannot ship to P.O./A.P.O/F.P.O
WARRANTY
We provide standard 90 day warranty for all parts or different if mention. Our official policy requires the return of faulty or broken parts to us before we can provide a replacement. However, please contact us with your problem and we will make exceptions on a case to case basis. We are sorry for this inconvenience but there have been many dishonest claims that were made in the past. We are doing this so that we may continue to keep prices low instead of marking up our prices to include the cost of fraudulent claims.
In most cases, we sincerely ask for your cooperation that we may send replacements together with your next order. This way, we will usually not require the return of the faulty/ broken part(s).
Consumables such as Liquid and Cartridges are not warranted nor are painted surfaces against scratches & shipping. |
